Condominium Manager. Maple Ridge community Management

At Maple Ridge Community Management, we are passionate about our services and live for our customers. We are seeking a Condominium Manager to manage the relationship with our clients, handle day-to-day operations, and provide great customer service.

Requirements

• Condominium Management General or Limited License
• Advanced knowledge of Condominium Act, Condominiums, Reciprocal and Shared Agreements, Financial and Budgetary Management, Insurance, Resident and Board of Director Relations, and Property Inspection and Board Meeting Expectations
• 3 years' experience in Condominiums and 2 years' experience in Reciprocal and Shared Agreements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
