Condominium Manager. Maple Ridge Community Management

We are seeking a Condominium Manager to manage the relationship with clients, handle operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the property. Responsibilities include prioritizing business and projects, managing contracts and contractors, creating meeting agendas, and administering financial matters.

Requirements

• Must have Condominium Management General or Limited License.
• 3 years' experience in Condominiums
• 2 years' experience in Reciprocal and Shared Agreements
• Financial and Budgetary Management experience
• Experience with Insurance
• Resident and Board of Director Relations experience
• Property Inspection and Board Meeting Expectations experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations.
