Job Description
Support fleet-wide engineering efforts to improve the reliability, performance, and effectiveness of Associated Electric Cooperative's generation assets, working on HRSG systems, high energy piping, emissions-control equipment, and plant reliability programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
- Engineering experience in power generation, industrial process equipment, boiler or HRSG systems, emissions-control systems, or related fields
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, inspection planning, maintenance coordination, and equipment reliability principles
- Familiarity with outage support, contractor coordination, technical specifications, and engineering project support
- Ability to analyze technical issues, manage multiple priorities, and clearly communicate recommendations to plant and corporate stakeholders
