Job Description
AEG Fuels is seeking a Director of Global Income Tax Compliance to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's global income tax compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid background of in-house corporate tax leadership and Big 4 public accounting experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive income tax experience
- Deep knowledge of partnership taxation
- Experience with multinational corporate tax compliance
- Strong command of ASC 740 and international tax accounting principles
- Exposure to M&A tax due diligence, structuring, and integration planning
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA and/or Master's in Taxation
