Role Overview

Join our team as a Production Associate in Cedar Rapids, IA. You'll work in a manufacturing plant environment, operating equipment, assembling window components, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. We're looking for motivated candidates who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and are willing to learn and develop their skills.

What You Will Do

Operate equipment, assemble window components, inspect product for defects, and maintain a safe work environment. You'll also commit to cross-training and learning multiple positions.

We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. You'll need to be proficient in English, have strong attention to detail, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance, 80lbs-100lb with assistance
