Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets are met. This role oversees hourly production employees, manages workflow, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to meet performance expectations. Oversee daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including internships
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and workflow optimization
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, technical problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA and quality compliance standards/systems
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
