Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor leads, oversees, and optimizes production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality metal fabrication. This role plays a crucial part in achieving operational excellence by managing and motivating a team of skilled workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment.

Ensure team members are aware of and adhere to safety rules and equipment usage, manage team performance to ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate effective training for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field or relevant work experience
• Three to Five years of supervisory experience
• Exposure to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulations
• Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence
• Effective in presenting information and responding to questions from various stakeholders
• Basic math skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and JDE (Job Data Exchange)
