Job Description
Operate and maintain assigned heavy equipment, including track hoes, front-end wheel loaders, and bobcats, in various areas such as ship and barge holds, crane and barge decks, and dock areas.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of heavy equipment experience in a maritime/stevedoring environment
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to safely operate assigned equipment
- Ability to operate heavy equipment within a confined space
- Thorough knowledge of rig operation and maintenance programs
- Thorough knowledge of personnel safety programs
- Proficiency in equipment and deck operations
