Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who will implement client Individualized Strategies, document service provision, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The DSP will work with clients with various needs, including those with maladaptive behaviors, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Autism Certificate desired
- Experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred
