The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health challenges. The DSP will implement individualized strategies, provide daily support, and ensure client rights, dignity, and privacy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Autism Certificate desired
- Experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred
