Job Description
The ANA is seeking an Account Director to join their Membership team, responsible for member retention, serving as primary partners and advocates for member companies and marketing leaders, guiding them with personalized strategies to deepen engagement within the ANA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years account management or sales experience
- Experience in the marketing, advertising, or media industry
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- C-Suite and executive-level engagement and communication skills
- Business planning ability to work independently and manage personal and team member deliverables and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
