Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role reports to the SVP/VP of Accounting & Finance and is responsible for assisting with bi-weekly payroll, processing vendor invoices, and supporting the team with routine accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting or a closely related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting support role preferred (payroll and/or accounts payable)
• Proficiency with payroll platforms (e.g. Paychex) and accounting systems (e.g., SAGE Intacct)
• Strong excel and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and financial data
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
