Job Description
Provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care. Administer medication, intravenous fluids and treatments, monitor physical parameters according to standards.
Requirements
- NH or Compact RN License
- ACCEPTING NEW GRADS
- NH or Compact State RN license
- Driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT experience
- Meditech EMR experience (Preferred)
- BLS, PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) - Required
- BSN (Preferred)
- ACLS (Preferred)
- ADN/ASN- Accepted
- Covid Vaccination card/exemption
