The successful candidate will have in-depth automotive expertise, a structured approach to market development, and experience in commercial growth and securing new business in multi-market environments.
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Solid experience in the automotive sector, with direct exposure to Continental European markets
- Ability to analyze market data and transform insights into commercial strategies
- Experience in commercial growth and securing new business in multi-market environments
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, and negotiation
- Ability to build and manage a structured pipeline using Salesforce or equivalent platforms
- Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with multiple functions in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English
