Ethics & Compliance Manager

The Ethics & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing compliance processes to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct, while proactively mitigating regulatory, legal, and reputational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in operational compliance, audit, or monitoring functions
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience, including oversight of virtual teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align work with organizational goals

• Competitive salary range: $103,800.00 - $173,300.00
