The LATAM Sales Enablement Manager will localize Assurant's global sales enablement approach and create regional content for Latin American markets, promoting brand visibility and supporting sales enablement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, content, or sales enablement roles across multiple LATAM markets
- Bilingual proficiency (English + Spanish; Portuguese preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to create localized B2B content that drives engagement and sales outcomes
- Familiarity with enablement tools (Showpad, Seismic, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders across countries
