Job Description
The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities within the organization, ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves leading a team of QA engineers, developing testing strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on leading QA teams
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
- Proven track record of developing and executing test strategies for complex projects
- Experience in managing QA projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
- Proficiency in mobile or web application testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
