Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Claims Associate who speaks Dutch fluently. The role involves assessing and resolving insurance claims, supporting the team, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch speaking at an advanced level and English at C1 level
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and other software
- Experience with managing a small team within a customer service environment
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
