Clinical Science Lead - Clinical Science Lead to serve as the scientific backbone of NeverStop, a mission-driven wellness platform helping people age well.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.Sc./M.A. with thesis or PhD) in one of the following fields - Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in digital health, outcomes research, or health economics- including mandatory experience working inside a fast-paced commercial/startup company where health/Wellness is the core product.
• Proven experience as a sole functional owner ('team of one'), leading through influence across Product and R&D to deliver clinical validation at startup speed
• Experience in productizing clinical ideas and frameworks and bringing them to market.
• Proven experience designing clinical measurement frameworks, risk reduction metrics, or psychometric instruments.
• Highly comfortable working with large datasets; hands-on familiarity with Python or R for metric deep-dives and data analysis is a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of health insurance dynamics, risk models, or disability/occupational risk frameworks- an advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
