Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help define and scale the core systems powering our rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate combines strong backend and systems expertise with product thinking, operational excellence, and a modern AI-native approach to engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
- Proven experience designing, scaling, and operating complex backend systems
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, data modeling, infrastructure, and backend architecture patterns
- Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering workflows and tooling
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach
- Adaptability and engineering judgment matter more to us than specific frameworks or languages
