Job Description
Assystem seeks a Structural Calculation Engineer to support mechanical studies offices and product engineering in the context of the ITER project. The successful candidate will perform mechanical structure calculations, compile calculation notes, and validate hypotheses with development managers.
Requirements
- Third-cycle engineering degree (or equivalent) with a mechanical major
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the energy, naval, special machines, or complex and large mechanical systems industries
- Mastery of at least one public calculation software (Ansys, Abaqus, PipeStress)
- Autonomy, rigor, technical curiosity, dynamism, versatility, autonomy, and ability to work in a network with experts
- Relational qualities and analytical spirit
