Mechanical Designer

Assystem is an international company with a mission to accelerate the energy transition around the world. They are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join their team in Whitehaven, UK. The role involves producing detailed drawings using Inventor / AutoCAD software, managing workload efficiently, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, Inventor, and AutoCAD
• Security Clearance: UK security clearance, minimum SC level
• Worked in regulated industries, preferably nuclear
• Knowledge of 'Design for Assembly' principles
• Strong communication skills
