Risk Manager

Risk Manager position at Assystem, a company that accelerates the energy transition worldwide, seeking a candidate to lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation in a Defence project.

Requirements

• Lead the delivery of the risk management process, roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Facilitate monthly risk reviews, workshops, and maintain risk registers & dashboards
• Support Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) and quarterly reporting
• Manage project assumptions and maintain the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL)
• Track mitigation plans and ensure risk actions are delivered
• Collaborate with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks, avoid duplication, and drive delivery
• Monitor supply chain performance and flag emerging issues early
• Ensure compliance with client processes and infrastructure requirements
