Site Delivery Lead - Civils

Site Delivery Lead - Civils is a full-time, site-based senior leadership role located in Leiston, Suffolk, supporting delivery on the Sizewell C Main Development Site.

Requirements

• Provide clear leadership and direction to Senior Managers and Area Delivery teams
• Integrate delivery activities with wider SZC programmes and alliances
• Define and execute delivery strategies aligned to the Programme Execution Plan
• Secure and maintain appropriately resourced, SQEP-compliant teams
• Drive safe delivery of works to agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Own programme performance within your area, monitoring progress against milestones, budget, and risk
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
• Ensure development, integration, and maintenance of detailed schedules aligned with the overall project baseline
• Maintain oversight of the List of Deliverables
• Apply continuous improvement principles
• Ensure full compliance with statutory legislation, the CDM strategy, and nuclear site licence requirements
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across delivery teams, supply chain partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders
