Lab Automation Scientist, Biologics Discovery Process Development. Job description: Promote/propose engineered antibody/protein programs, discover and design antibodies or protein biologics, develop and utilize multiple in vitro and/or in vivo assays, develop and utilize multiple automation/robotic processes.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree with +1~ years’ experience or MS degree with +3~ years’ experience in drug discovery in pharma, biotech, or academia.
• Knowledge and expertise on molecular biology or pharmacology.
• Good communication and logical thinking skills that can facilitate the relationship with internal colleagues and external (potential) partners in own language and in English.

Benefits

• Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
• Discretionary work allowance will be paid (50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade).
