Job Description
The Medical Affairs Lead (Haemato-Oncology) is a core member of the Haemato-Oncology local teams in the Astellas Japan Medical Affairs organization. The position is responsible for collaborating with external medical experts and internal stakeholders to formulate and implement the brand plans, driving the maximization of short-, mid-, and long-term brand values and delivering them for patients.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree
- Prior Medical Affairs or MSL Experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced understanding of reginal regulations, rules and guidelines related to pharma business activities in Japan
- Relevant industry knowledge of guidelines and trends overseen by JPMA (Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association)
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Problem solving and management skills
- Business level English skills and competencies
- Proactive and assertive attitude to establish networking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
