Job Description
Service Engineer responsible for implementing service commitments, developing service schedules, and ensuring testing equipment is in good working order. Requires a Bachelor degree in technical engineering, 4+ years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Works with Sales team to outline and implement service commitments in the Business Strategies
- Helps to develop service schedules in conjunction with Manager
- Helps to define the ongoing service manpower needs for market
- Ensures testing equipment is in good working order and properly calibrated
- Helps establish annual budget for new equipment and manpower requirements
- Provides investigative support for claims
