Job Description
Astera Labs is seeking a Principal Digital Design Engineer to join its DSP SerDes team. The successful candidate will work on developing advanced high-speed SerDes wireline and optical transceivers for AI systems.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in digital design for high-speed DSP data path.
- Proficient in coding System Verilog for complex design blocks.
- Experience with EDA tools for Synthesis, Lint, CDC, and Prime Time.
- Experience taking design blocks through the full design cycle, from micro-architecture to tapeout.
- Experience with timing fixes, area and power optimizations, and resolving silicon issues.
