Product Marketing Manager - PCIe

Astera Labs is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team in San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, product marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver competitive silicon, hardware, and software solutions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of high-speed protocols (PCIe is required; Ethernet, CXL, and other protocols are a plus) and system architectures used in cloud and AI infrastructure
• 10+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering or other technical product roles within the semiconductor industry
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful semiconductor products
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer pain points into competitive products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with customers and partners to understand their needs and drive product definition
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
