Recruiting Coordinator (Contract to hire)

Astera Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team on a contract-to-hire basis. You'll be the backbone of our recruiting operations, ensuring seamless candidate experiences while supporting our mission to build world-class teams across engineering, sales, and G&A functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR support roles
• Demonstrated experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
