Job Description
Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Hardware Electrical Validation Engineer to join their hardware engineering team. The role involves developing and executing electrical validation plans, debugging complex circuits, contributing to manufacturing initiatives, and supporting diverse design and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be innovative, and demonstrate a 'do what it takes' attitude.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering and circuit analysis and debug.
- Bachelor degree in EE and 3 years of experience in test or design.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and test approach.
- Ability to produce test description from the schematic design and execute results.
- Working knowledge of schematics + layout tools.
- Experience with lab equipment (scopes, VNA, TDR, e-loads, environmental chambers).
- Scripting automation tasks with lab equipment.
