Requirements
- Provide home- and community-based assessment, treatment planning, individual & family therapy, and crisis intervention.
- Deliver highly individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to the complex needs of each child and family.
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.
- Rotate in the team’s 24/7 on-call, over the phone crisis intervention coverage to ensure continuous care for enrolled clients.
- Candidates who are passionate about clinical work and motivated to help youth succeed in real-world environments.
- Licensed or license eligible in New York State (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD. MSW-LP, MHC-LP ).
- Experienced in child, adolescent, and family therapy, including mental health crisis intervention.
- People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.
- Individuals with valid New York State driver’s licenses meeting agency standards.
- Due to meeting with families in their home, must be able to navigate environments that may not comply with ADA standards, including climbing and descending stairs without assistance.
