The Store Manager will deliver the most memorable and engaging in-store experience, bringing Experiential Retail to life, while leading and developing their team and championing the brand's core values.

• Inspire and empower team members to Host from the Heart and create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued, and cared for.
• Lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved through inventory management, VM, store layouts, and experiential retail.
• Commit to continuously optimising social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions.
• Build brand loyalty by promoting CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with local community.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth, and development.
