Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the software engineering sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic applicant tracking systems is a plus.
