Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Astrome Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role within a company
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and relevant accounting standards
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
