Project Manager (Electronics Engineering)

Lead the planning and implementation of electronics-based projects from initial concept through to manufacturing and delivery. Act as the primary bridge between the engineering team and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met.

Requirements

• 4 - 8 years of work experience
• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, PCB assembly processes, and hardware testing protocols
• Ability to create Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and technical specifications
• Experience in sourcing electronic components and managing relationships with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
• Ability to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on when technical troubleshooting is required
• Excellence in translating complex technical 'jargon' into clear business updates for executive leadership
