Astrome Technologies is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager for our wireless equipment division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge wireless equipment to telecom equipment makers and large enterprises in India and overseas.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target telecom equipment makers and large enterprises.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a pipeline, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- A deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Proven success in Sales, Business Development, Demand Creation & Operations, Product Management, Product Promotion and Positioning, Account Management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- MBA degree in business or a related field.
