Make money moves with Asurion! As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will work in our office located in Houston, TX, and be responsible for evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, explaining device capabilities, and selling Asurion smart home and other products. You will also be eligible for a PPX model, which offers incentive pay based on positive customer outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- High customer service acumen
- Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
- Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to customer, business, and team needs
- Commitment to reliable attendance and performance
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
- A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
- Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
