Asurion is seeking a Technical Support & Sales Representative to work on-site in Orlando, FL. The role involves evaluating and troubleshooting customer concerns, utilizing call center technology, and selling Asurion smart home and other products. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the customer, business, and team.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
- Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, business, and team
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
- Ability to learn call center software and product offerings
- Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
- Bilingual Spanish/EspaƱol skills (desirable)
