As a Technical Support & Sales Representative, you will evaluate and troubleshoot customer concerns, utilize call center technology, and sell Asurion smart home and other products. The role requires a high school diploma, strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques, and excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
