Sr. Staff Counsel

Senior Manager, Senior Staff Counsel role to help ensure Asurion's adherence to contractual obligations through risk mitigation controls, policy creation, and auditing.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5+ years of inhouse, contract and/or contract compliance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong judgment, confidence, collaborative problem-solving skills, and ability to spot potential issues quickly
• Ability to independently handle a variety and number of legal matters
