Lead Engineer DevOps

Requirements

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support and monitor infrastructure in cloud and on-prem
• Create and improve automation scripts
• Troubleshoot issues in staging/production environments
• Collaborate with developers to optimize release processes
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices across teams
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization and scaling strategies
• Conduct root cause analysis of system failures
• Lead migration and modernization efforts (e.g., monolith to microservices)
• Develop internal tools and frameworks for platform efficiency
• Prepare technical documentation and trainings
• Collaborate with tests teams to provide tests activities as part of devops loop
