Creative Design Manager

The Creative Design Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, and brand initiatives. This role manages and develops a team of designers, ensures alignment with brand and business objectives, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused creative work.

Requirements

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts across campaigns, digital, print, and brand initiatives
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards, customer expectations, and business objectives
• Provide design direction and contribute hands-on creative work
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of designers
• Plan, assign, and monitor project workload to ensure efficient use of team resources
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables
