Job Description
The Operations Lead oversees store processes, ensures adherence to company standards for sales, and fosters a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. This role involves managing staffing, training, logistics, customer interaction, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire store operation, from opening to closing and ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
