Job Description
The Operations Lead will support store processes, ensuring all aspects are maintained to company standards. This role involves performing store openings and closings, inventory management, and training team members. They will also assist in customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance, while demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct and a strong focus on efficiency.
