Job Description
The Operations Lead (Part-Time) supports store processes, ensures employee safety and compliance, and maintains store operations. The role involves opening/closing store, training, delegation, and supporting sales and customer experience. Enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, movement, and stocking is expected.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
