Job Description
This part-time Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. The TM helps maintain a strong sales culture by ensuring processes are documented and follow company standards. Key responsibilities include cashier duties, front-end tasks, and warehouse operations, as well as customer service and store maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
