Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role is central to maintaining the retailer's leading position and affordability for customers. The role focuses on operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring accurate transactions, excellent customer service, and store efficiency. This includes tasks like cashier duties, freight loading/unloading, and housekeeping. The position prioritizes the store's profitability and operates effectively and profitably.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
