Job Description
This team member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a Home Décor retailer. The role involves maintaining a customer-focused environment, accurate execution of policies, and ensuring efficient operations to drive sales. Key responsibilities include performing cashier duties, unloading/stocking freight, maintaining store cleanliness, and participating in safety and loss prevention measures.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs (or team lift 100 lbs)
- Reliable and honest with a positive attitude
