Job Description
At Home is seeking a Team Member (TM) to support operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive team environment, and contributing to a customer-focused store experience. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, cashier duties, processing freight and store recovery.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Reliability and trustworthiness
